About PREA
PREA was created to prevent, detect and respond to sexual harassment and sexual abuse in correctional facilities. PREA was enacted by the Federal Government in 2003. The law requires correctional facilities to comply with specific regulations that provide for a zero-tolerance stance against any form of sexual harassment or sexual abuse between clients, staff, contractors and volunteers.
Project MORE has a zero-tolerance policy towards sexual abuse and sexual harassment.
Should any person be aware of any form of sexual harassment or sexual abuse, they can contact Project M.O.R.E. in the following ways:
