Reason & Rehabilitation (R&R)
This 14 session cognitive behavioral intervention is geared towards addressing anti-social thinking and behavior. This curriculum was adopted by the Court Support Services Division Offices of Best Practices as the most effective intervention targeting criminal thinking. The intervention is facilitated by AIC Intervention Specialists that are trained quarterly. Groups are videotaped and reviewed monthly by a Quality Assurance Coach. R&R is grouped by risk level and gender (men only). R&R is a closed group in that clients have one point of entry. Clients are either directly referred to R&R by their referral source and/or recommended based on assessment findings.
